Alice Fay Broomhall, 66, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2011 in Fort Worth. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tom Boyle of Calvary Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Cottonwood Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Alice was born on June 21, 1945 in Sunflower, Mississippi to the late Johnny and Edna Mae (Chadwick) Ainsworth.
Survivors include: daughters, Faye Broomhall Harwell and husband, Bob of Fort Worth and Brenda Fields and husband, Terry of Bryson; sisters, Ellen Smith of Dallas, Ann "Sis" Barnett of Crowley, and Mary Stokes and husband, Danny of Georgetown, Tennessee; brother, L.E. Ainsworth of Little Elm; grandchildren, Mallorie Fields, Matthew Broomhall, Kenzie Fields, and Codie Fields; former spouse, Buddy Broomhall of Fort Worth; numerous nieces and nephews; dog, Duncan.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Melvin, Clyde, and Kenneth Ainsworth.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
