Anna I. Birdwell

Anna I. Birdwell, 86, has passed away to be with her Lord and Savior on July 8, 2012. She had fought a long hard battle with Alzheimers. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Anna retired from Baylor All Saints as a LVN of 25 years and was a member of Western Hills Church of Christ in Fort Worth. She was preceded in death by her husband J.W. Birdwell, parents, four sisters, and one brother.

Survivors include: daughter, Nora A. Birdwell of Fort Worth; son, Otha L. "Jim" Birdwell and wife, Son Hui of Kileen; daughter, Julie W. Funk and husband, Mark of Fort Worth; son, William E. "Bill" Birdwell and wife, Theresa of Fort Worth; seven grandkids, eight great grandkids and many wonderful nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
