B. J. Riggins

B. J. Riggins, 90, died Friday, October 15, 2010 in Wichita Falls. A Graveside funeral will be held Monday, October 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Elbert Cemetery in Elbert, Texas with Reverend J.B. McCracken, Pastor of Salem-Crestview United Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

B.J. was born November 15, 1919 in Clovis, New Mexico to the late Willis Daniel and Laura B. (Kelly) Riggins. He moved to Graham in 1967 and was employed with Stephens Trucking in Graham for 34 years. He married Juanita Curtis January 17, 1941 in Throckmorton. She preceded him in death on March 12, 2009.

Survivors include; three sons, Jim Riggins of Hillsboro, Hollis Riggins of Graham, and Dennis Riggins of Georgetown; seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
