Betty Louise Camp

Betty Louise Camp, 91, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020 in Graham.  Graveside services will be Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in Newcastle Cemetery in Newcastle officiated by Rev. Michael Cyr of the First United Methodist Church in Newcastle.  

Betty was born March 8, 1929 in Graham, Texas.  She married Buddy Camp of Newcastle May 11, 1951 in Graham.  She grew up in the Indian Mound Community and Graham before moving to Newcastle where she resided for 69 years.  Betty retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.  She enjoyed baking bread and desserts for her Church and community, crocheting and solving crossword puzzles. 

Survivors include: daughters, Sheila Cobb and husband, Paul of Grapevine and Becky Wilke and husband, Hank of Arlington; grandchildren, Adam Cobb, Jay Wilke, and John Ross Wilke and cousin, Curtis Lynn Fitzgerald of Graham and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Camp and her sister, Helen Taylor.
