Betty S. Herndon

Betty S. Herndon, 79, passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 in Graham.  Funeral services will be held Friday, May 20, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Betty was born October 7, 1936 in Graham to the late Bennie Lee and Daisy Pauline (Tullis) Beach.  She married Bobby F. Herndon July 8, 1955 in Graham and he preceded her in death November 22, 2014.  Betty was a Cafeteria Manager for Graham ISD and a member of the First Baptist Church, Order of the Easter Star, and Daughters of American Revolution.

Survivors include: son, David Herndon and wife, Angela of Weatherford; sister, Barbara Alexander and husband, Lloyd of Wichita Falls; grandchildren, Tyler Herndon and wife, Madelynn of Springtown, Wesley Herndon of Weatherford, and Tori Herndon of Weatherford.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
