Betty Jean Hudson

Betty Jean (B.J.) Hudson, 83, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Betty was born April 12, 1930 in Breckenridge, Texas to the late Charlie Davis and Jettie Pearl (Pogue) O'Neal. She married J.B. Hudson, June 10, 1951 in Mineral Wells, Texas. He preceded her in death on October 19, 2002. She moved to Graham in 1965 from Olney. Betty was a retired mail carrier for the US Postal office and a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include; daughter, Christie Brewster and husband Ricky of Graham; son, Kelley Hudson and wife Cyn of Graham; grandchildren, Leslee Escobedo, Bubba Brewster, Christal Brewster, and Parker Hudson; great grandchildren, Alex, Lilly, and Hayden; sister, Pauline Malloy of Wichita Falls; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Betty was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Lynn Spink and brothers, J.C. O'Neal, Delbert O'Neal, and Buck O'Neal.

The Family asks that memorials be made to Graham Regional Hospice or your favorite charity.

Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
