Betty Lou Roberts

Betty Lou Brown Roberts, 81, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022.  Family and friends visitation will be Saturday February 12, 2022 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.  Graveside funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Brooks Cemetery in Young County.

 Betty was born December 3, 1940 in Graham to the late Annie Ruth (Driver) Brown and William Ray Brown.  She graduated from Graham High School and later married Terrill Roberts June 12, 1959 in Graham.  He preceded her in death on July 16, 2010.  Betty was a former Deputy County Clerk for Jack County.  She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church Jacksboro and a member of Brazos Valley Baptist Church in Graham.

 Survivors include; daughter, Lori Beth Guest and husband Rick of McKinney; sons, Tim Roberts and wife Gini of Jacksboro, Chad Roberts of Weatherford; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren; siblings, Annette Brooks of Bryson, Dennis Brown and wife Sue of Olney, Barbara Trice and husband Wayne of Graham, Wendell Brown and wife Susan of Graham, Bobby Brown of Deerfield Beach, FL., Helen Robinson of Graham, and brother-in-law Joe Brogden of Graham.

 Betty was preceded in death by a son Joe Neal Roberts and a sister Beverly Brogden.
