Bill J. Casteel

Bill J. Casteel, 84, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014 in Graham. A Graveside funeral will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Cottonwood Cemetery in Jack County. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Bill was born September 14, 1929 in Graham to the late Samuel Sherman and Bessie Lee (Odom) Casteel. He married Bettie Fain December 25, 1948 in Olney. She preceded him in death on May 21, 2013. Bill was a lifetime resident of Graham and a member of Memorial Christian Church. He was a carpenter for most of his life.

Survivors include; son, Larry Casteel and wife Lynelle of Graham; four grandchildren, Melissa Casteel, Allison Moore, Betsy Figg, and Cady Vandyke; three great grandchildren, Braxton and Presley Moore and Reagan Figg.

Bill was preceded in death by a son, Terry Casteel and a brother Sammy G. Casteel.
