Billie Jean Abbott Howe, 85, of Graham passed away Friday, October 31, 2014 in Graham. Funeral services are scheduled, Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Billie Jean was born May 9, 1929 in Padgett, Texas to the late Oscar and Lorene (Fleming) Abbott. She married J.C. Howe June 23, 1947 in Graham. He preceded her in death on, January 15, 1982. Billie was a homemaker and a member of Eastside Church of Christ.
Survivors include: daughter; Geraldine Gilmore and husband Richard of Graham, sister; Lou Ann Hyles of Graham, grandson; Garrett Gilmore; host of extended family and friends also survive.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
