Billy Dale Choate

Billy Dale Choate, 62, of Graham, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 in Graham. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 11:00am in the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Medlan Chapel Cemetery in Young County under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Billy was born February 17, 1953 in Graham to the late John Herman and Lois Thelma (Hill) Choate. He married Marie Huckobey on June 21, 1974 in Graham. He was employed for 19 years at Southern Bleacher Company as a mechanic. He was a member of Salem Crestview United Methodist Church and Young County Masonic Lodge #485.

Survivors include: wife; Marie Choate of Graham, daughters; Kimberly Choate Tuel and husband Brent of Bryson, Kayla Choate of Graham, son; John David Choate and wife Lisa of Wichita Falls, sister; Shirley Scott of Abilene, brothers; James Choate of Granbury, Larry Choate of Graham, grandson; John Wyatt Collins of Graham, granddaughter; Emily Tuel of Bryson, grandson; Tyler Tuel of Bryson, grandson; Jackson Choate of Wichita Falls, granddaughter; Emmarie Choate of Wichita Falls, mother-in-law; Billie Huckobey of Graham, numerous nieces and nephews.

Billy was preceded in death by a brother; Donny Choate, father-in-law; William R. Huckobey, brothers-in-law; Kenneth and Johnny Huckobey, Boyd Scott.

Family visitation will be held Tuesday 6 until 8pm at the funeral home.
