Billy Ed Corbett

Billy Ed Corbett, 55, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2008 in Young County. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 1, 2008 at 11 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Dick Stovall, minister of Eliasville Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will follow in South Prairie Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Billy was born on December 18, 1952 in Fort Worth to Edmond Earl "Shuey" and Wanda Gay Young Corbett. He was a retired self-employed Mechanic and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include: daughters, Brandi and Ashley of Fort Worth; son, Brian of Fort Worth; mother, Wanda Gay Corbett of Graham; sister, Treva Jean Schroeder and husband, Bill of Fort Worth; brother, Michael Elliott Corbett and wife Jolene of Lawton, Oklahoma; four grandchildren; aunts, Jo Ann Dollar of Graham, Mattie Loyce Wright of Breckenridge, Roberta Ann Dye of Breckenridge, Frances Rauch of Albuquerque, NM, and Dorothy Spivy of Graham; several loving family members also survive.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edmond Earl "Shuey" Corbett on September 10, 2001.
