Billy H. Ward

Billy H. Ward, 60, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2009 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in First Baptist Church with Gary Tull of Graham officiating. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Billy was born on April 21, 1948 in Electra to Harold and Maxine (Selph) Ward. He married Kathryn Burk on May 10, 1969 in Graham. Billy served in the United States Army. He worked at Hexcel Corporation for 19 years and was a production supervisor at Texas Almet in Arlington for the past 15 years. He was a resident of Graham most of his life and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include: wife, Kathy Ward of Graham; son, T.J. Ward of Graham; parents, Harold and Maxine Ward of Graham; sister, Becky Moody of Decatur; father-in-law, Kinneth Burk of Graham; brother-in-law, Robert Burk and wife Paula of Graham.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
