Bob Gross

Bobby "Bob" Deryl Gross, 83, found peace with his Lord Monday, August 29, 2016 in Graham.  Funeral will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Eastside Church of Christ.  Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Bob was born August 10, 1933 in Colorado City, Texas to the late Marvin Wesley and Lydia Aileen (Roberson) Gross.  Bob joined the United States Air Force in 1952 and served until 1956.. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Degree in Education.  He married Faye Dell Kee, June 24, 1977 in Newcastle, Texas.  Bob moved to Graham in 1992.  He was a retired teacher of history and math and a coach.  Bob was a member of Denver City Masonic Lodge, a 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason, a member of Texas Retired Teachers Association and a member of Eastside Church of Christ.

Survivors include; wife, Faye Gross of Graham;  step-son, Rayford Bruton  of Dallas;  grandchildren, Austin Bruton and wife Torie and Rachel Lewis, and;  three great grandchildren; sisters, Sybil Cobb and husband Jim of El Paso and Suzie Matsler of Santa Teresa, New Mexico; two nephews also survive.
