Bobbie Taylor

Bobbie Wayne Taylor, 70, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014 in Young County. Memorial services will be held Friday, April 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Venture Community Church, 709 Oak Street. Inurnment will follow at a later date in DFW National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Bobbie was born August 15, 1943 in Mangum, Oklahoma to the late Dorse Edward and Edna (Marcum) Taylor. He married Janet Grace Reed August 29, 1990 in Biggleswade Bedfordshire, UK. Bobbie was a youth director at Chicksands Air Force Base in Shefford Bedfordshire, UK. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in Vietnam and a member of the Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include: wife, Janet Grace Taylor of Graham; daughter, Amber Rochelle and husband, Thomas of Chesapeake, VA; son, Joshua Sean Taylor and wife, Megan of Graham; sister, Caroline Pace of New Whiteland, IN; brothers, Frankie Taylor of Dallas and Jimmy Maddox of Amarillo; grandchildren, Larry and Ruby Reeves, Khloe Taylor, and Trinity and Tristan Haines.
