Bobby Glen Crabtree, 78, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Eastside Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Bobby was born April 28, 1936 in Palo Pinto to the late Ernest and Nettie Mae (Gibbs) Crabtree. He married Sujane Mouser Carpenter November 4, 1999 in Wichita Falls. Bobby was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in the Korean War. He retired from Bell Helicopter and was a member of Eastside Church of Christ. Bobby was an avid sports fan, he loved the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns, and golfing was his passion.
Survivors include: wife, Sujane Crabtree of Graham; daughters, Marcy Lin Crabtree of Wylie and Bethany Brodeur of Waxahachie; son, Bobby Wallace Crabtree of Plano; brothers, Jack Crabtree and wife, Cathy of Austin and Sam Crabtree and wife, Sally of St. Louis, Missouri; grandchildren, Brittany Husted and husband, Patrick of Dallas, Matthew and Jacob Brodeur of Waxahachie, Brandon and Lauren Crabtree of Plano; great granddaughter, Emberlyn Brodeur of Waxahachie; several nieces and nephews.
