Bonnie Mollie Findley, 90, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at her granddaughter's house in Beaumont, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Eastside Church of Christ with Dick Stovall, minister of Eliasville Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Bonnie was born January 18, 1921 in Paducah to the late John Henry and Mary Olivia Whitener. She married Olin Alfred Findley, March 12, 1938 in Paducah. He preceded her in death on January 25, 2006. She moved to Graham in 1986 from Amarillo. Bonnie was a retired beautician and a homemaker. Her hobbies included sewing, needle work, gardening, China painting, fishing, rock collecting, playing the piano, traveling and camping with friends and playing 42, 88 and Chicken-foot. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ.
Survivors include; Daughter, Sylvia Stovall and husband Dick of Graham; Son, Darrell Findley and wife Sue of Ruidoso, NM; Grandchildren, Stacy Short and husband Doug of Beaumont, Scott Stovall and wife Leonie of Abilene, Clay Findley of Dallas, Mollie Klinger and husband Steve of Dallas, Ronnie Findley and wife Stacy of Lincoln, Nebraska, Derek Findley of Louisana, Stephanie Talbott and husband Harry of Graham; Great Grandchildren, Adonia Faulkner and husband Jasper of Beaumont, Kelly Baker and husband Chris of Carrollton, Texas, Matt Harris and wife Tish of Abilene; Great Grandchildren, Molly Talbott, Mattie Klinger, Kade Klinger, Meg Klinger, Gunter Findley, Courtney Findley and Breyden Findley; Three Great-Great Grandchildren, Morgan and Meredith Faulkner and Riley Baker
She was preceded in death by son, John E. Findley, nephew "Little John Findley," age 7, great granddaugter, Sarah Talbott, age 1, brother Paul Whitener of Pacucah.
