Brad Douglas Rice

Brad Douglas Rice, 55, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019 in Lipan. Memorial service will be Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.

Brad was born May 2, 1963 in Wichita Falls to Bill Edd and Elizabeth Ann (Turner) Rice. He graduated from Graham High School in 1981 and attended Southwest Texas State University. Brad owned a lawn service company.

Brad was a kind, caring and loving person. His family and friends were very important part of his life and very dear to his heart. No matter what his highs or lows, hills or valleys, or challenges he faced his faith always remained strong. He looked forward to going home to his heavenly father to be wrapped in his loving arms for eternity.

Survivors include: mother, Liz Gallaway of Chapala MX; brother, Bill Edd Rice, Jr. of Wichita Falls; sister, Jennifer Ogle and husband, Nelson of Lipan; step mother, Karon Rice; 7 step brothers and sisters Angie Barnett, John Jr., David, and Glen Gallaway, Rhonda Mills, Michelle Jones and Melissa Ainsworth; nephew, Christian Ogle and 3 nieces Bethany Perkins, Elizabeth Edwards and Kristen Pickens; and 7 great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Edd Rice, Sr. and step father, John Gallaway.
