Carolyn Gray

Carolyn Gray, 70, of Graham passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2012 in Georgetown. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church in Graham. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Carolyn was born on September 15, 1941 in Post to the late Walter and Reba (Doggett) Jones. She married Junior Gray on January 3, 1958 in Post. He preceded her in death on February 16, 2002. Carolyn was a secretary for WCTCHA for 25 years and a member of NCHA and NGA. She was a loving Mother and "Mimi".

Survivors include: daughters, Caren Birdwell and husband, George of Graham and Cammie Mullins and husband, Gregg of North Richland Hills; sisters, Marilyn Johnston and husband Donny of Slaton and Kathy Lee and husband Joe of Lafayette, California; brothers, Bill Jones and wife Sandra of Waco, Danny Jones and wife Lynn of Mansfield, and Jimmy Jones and wife, Carolyn Atchley of Post; grandchildren, Blake Birdwell and wife, Natasha and Taylor Mullins; great grandchild, Evaline Birdwell and by a host of friends and other relatives. Carolyn was preceded in death by a grandson, Trey Birdwell in 1998.

Memorials may be made to Cutters in Action or The Pulmonary Hypertension Association.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
