Cathy Hernandez

Catarina "Cathy" Hernandez, 38, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2014 in Graham. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Cathy was born March 4, 1976 in Graham to Jose Salinas and Cista DeLeon Hernandez. She worked as a nurses aide and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include: special friend, Johnny Dale Conder of Graham; sons, Thomas Lee Hernandez and JD Conder both of Graham; father, Jose Hernandez, Jr. of Graham; sisters, Alicia Arvizu and husband, Reynaldo and Inez Savage and husband, John all of Graham; brother, Jose Hernandez, III and wife, Karla of Graham; 6 nieces, 7 nephews, 1 great niece, and 3 great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cista Hernandez and grandparents, Jesus & Refugia DeLeon and Jose and Demetria Hernandez.

Memorials may be made to PK East Fire Department or Weatherford Dialysis.

Family visitation will be held Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
