Cecil Ray Davis, 81, of Graham passed away Saturday, March 12, 2011 in Graham. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 10:00 am at Eastside Church of Christ with Dorman Holub, minister and Hoyte Cranfill of Graham officiating. Burial will follow at Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Cecil was born March 10, 1930 in Electra, Texas to the late C.M. (Claude Monroe) and Dora (Benson) Davis. He married Eileen on July 31, 1988 in Nocona, Texas. Cecil was a member of Eastside Church of Christ, a veteran of the United States Army having served in Germany and a master plumber having owned and operated Cecil Davis Plumbing for over 50 years. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and the American Legion. Cecil loved his work and the people he served. He enjoyed raising cattle for many years and enjoyed having a garden.

Survivors: wife, Eileen Davis of Graham, son, Allen Davis of Graham, daughter, Shawn Easter of Strawn; sisters, Faye Lewis of Wichita Falls, Betty Fields of Graham, Linda O'Bannon of Cool; grandchildren, Alisha Reeves and Chris Davis of Graham, Lacie Schiffbauer of Bryson; 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also survive. Cecil was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Claude, Jimmy, Ed and Jessie Davis; 3 sisters, Maulsie Curbo, Jean Smith and Martha Terrell.

Visitation will be Monday 6 until 8 pm at Morrison Funeral Home.
