Charlene Partin

Charlene Partin, 92, passed away Saturday July 2, 2022 in Brenham, Texas surrounded by her family.  Graveside funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday July 9, 2022 in Pioneer Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Charlene was born June 6, 1930 in Graham to the late Katheryn Kirby McGee and Charles McGee.  She graduated from Graham High School and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.  She married Bernard Partin February 20, 1950 in Graham.  He preceded her in death on September 16, 2007.  Charlene was a bookkeeper for Graham General Hospital for many years.  Charlene moved to Temple, Texas to be closer to her family and became a member of Taylor Baptist Church.  She later moved to Brenham and became a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include; daughters, Glynette Smith and husband Warren of Brenham, Vevalyn York and husband Michael of Brenham; four grandchildren, Brad, Hunter, and Misty Smith and Josh York, and 7 great grandchildren.

Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister, Colleen McGee.

The Family will greet friends Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
