Christine was born on April 3, 1970 in Alameda, California to Diane Hoover. She married Lisa Ryan in Jacksboro on April 14, 2016.

Christine is survived by her wife, Lisa Ryan of Graham; mother, Diane Luna of Graham; and sister, Lori Abbott of California; and step siblings, Scott and Stephanie Ricker.
