Clarence Ray Hiser, 55, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 in Graham. Graveside services will be held Friday, January 1, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Clarence was born May 8, 1965 in Lordsburg, New Mexico to Yolanda Martinez and the late John Paul Hiser. He married Glenda Waldrep June 28, 1985 in Newcastle. Clarence loved hunting, guns, football, and beer. But more than anything he loved his family. He spent most of his life working as a wireline engineer, where everyone knew him as ‘Big C’. Aside from work, all of his free time was spent with family or watching John Wayne westerns. His most recent and proudest achievement was being ‘Pops’ to his grandkids. He didn’t always have a lot to say, but he had the biggest heart and gave the best hugs. He was easy going, lighthearted, and was always there to listen. And somehow the food always tasted better when he was around. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
