Claude Myatt

Claude O. Myatt, 87, passed away June 6, 2024 at his home on Lake Graham.  Graveside funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday June 11, 2024 at Newcastle Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. 

Claude was born March 23, 1937 in Graham to the late Martha Elizabeth (Loftis) Myatt and Charley Claud Myatt. He was married to Dorothy Ward before she preceded him in death in 1994.  Claude was a home builder for many years before going to work for Air Tractor in Olney where he retired after several years.  He married Ellen Vinson November 25, 1994 in Abilene.  She preceded him in death on November 24, 2023. 

Survivors include; daughters, Christy Seidel and husband Leroy of Proctor and Diann Reyes and husband Joe of Graham; sons, Randy Mason of Olney, James Mason and wife Toye of Houston, Anthony Hogue and wife Rhonda of Thomson, GA., Wayne Hogue and wife Vickie of Houston, Patrick Hogue and wife Julie of Acworth, GA.; nineteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.     

Claude was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Myatt and his second wife Ellen Myatt, two sons Lenny Myatt and Ricky Mason, a grandson Derek Myatt and brothers, H.L. and Clyde Myatt.
