Cliff Waggoner, 78, died Wednesday, January 13, 2010 in Graham. Funeral services will be held, Friday, January 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church with Dr. Richard Reed, pastor and Reverend Rick Allen of Wichita Falls officiating. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Cliff was born May 28, 1931 in Stamford, Texas to the late Clifford Bascum and Lynnie Hughes Waggoner, Sr. He was a Veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Navy. Cliff married Betty Whitefield July 27, 1952 in Rotan, Texas. He had been a resident of Graham for the past 46 years where he was the owner of Waggoner Supply, Inc. Cliff was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include; wife, Betty Waggoner of Graham; daughter, Lauri Wiles and husband Jim Bob of Columbia, SC.; sons, Skipper Waggoner and Bryan Waggoner and wife Sue of Graham; brothers, Jerry Waggoner of Bryan and Jack Waggoner and wife Judy of Stephenville; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
