Clifford Wayne Williams, Sr., 62, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2012 in Wichita Falls. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Medlan Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Clifford was born October 20, 1949 in Hamlin to the late John Earl and Chloie Christeen (Miller) Williams, Sr. He married Darenda Thetford on November 24, 1971 in Graham. Clifford retired from the oilfield as a wireline engineer and was a member of the Young County Masonic Lodge #485 and the Baptist Church. He was a longtime resident of Graham and he loved to fish and boat.
Survivors include: wife, Darenda Williams of Graham; son, Clifford Wayne Williams, Jr. and wife, Rhonda of Graham; daughter, Tracy Renae Williams of Abilene; brother, John Earl Williams, Jr. of Waco; grandchildren, Alleisha Jones and husband, Ethan, Bradley Williams, Krista Hellams and husband, Ross, Nikki Stewart, Amber Hyden and husband, Raymond and six great grandchildren.
