Curtis Bruce

Alan Curtis Bruce, 58, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2013 at his home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. A private graveside will follow at Veale Creek Cemetery in Stephens County. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Curtis was born January 11, 1955 in Graham to Millie Stoneman and the late Marvin "Junior" Bruce. He married Margie Armstrong November 23, 1981 in Graham. She preceded him in death February 5, 2011. Curtis was owner of Young County Butane.

Survivors include: daughter, Brandy Overcash and husband, Justin of Graham; daughter, Estacia Bruce of Graham; son, Sonny Miller and wife Melissa of Possum Kingdom Lake; mother, Millie Bruce of Graham; brothers, Reggie Bruce and wife Pam of Graham, and Randy Bruce and wife Sydonia of Edmond, OK.; sister, Susan Bruce Rux and husband Ricky of Graham; grandchildren, Colton, Tyler Braylea, Kaycie, Trey, Jada Grace, Cooper, and Cash; several nieces and nephews.
