David Allen Stephens

Our beloved father, David Allen Stephens, passed away peacefully in his home on January 25, 2025, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his love, Laurie; his daughters, Cindy, Shasta, Laken, Lanna, and Leah; his grandchildren, Dyllan, Aubrey, Brittany, Savannah, Greigh, Reighlynn, and Kayden; eight great-grandchildren; and a nephew, Wes, who he loved like a son.

David was born in Upland, CA, on February 27,1949. His childhood in Graham, TX, instilled a passion for hard work, country living, and Christian values. He often spoke with great pride about his family and their accomplishments. David was known for being direct, respectful, and encouraging. He had a great sense of humor, a fun-loving nature, and exhibited a relentless pursuit of perfection.

David was preceded in death by his father, William Cecil Stephens; his mother, Lucille Christine Stephens; his brother, Larry Gene Stephens; and his grandson, Drew Allen Stephens.

Pastor Rick Edwards will officiate the Celebration of Life at Country Road Fellowship, 8088 SH-16, Graham, TX, 76450 (at the intersection of Hwy 16 and 1191), on February 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM. Fellowship and lunch will be held at noon, prior to the service. All friends and family are welcome.
