Della Mae Guinn

Della Mae Guinn, 96, died Monday, November 17, 2008 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joe Finfrock of the Oak Street Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Della Mae was born on January 30, 1912 in Navarro County, Texas to the late Callie B. and Audie (Shuttlesworth) Dunagan. She married Sandford William Guinn on January 31, 1931 in Hillsboro, Texas. He preceded her in death in June of 1978. Della Mae moved to Graham in 1931 from Frost, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Oak Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include: two sons, Eugene Guinn and wife, Ann of Abilene and Steve Guinn and wife, Cindy of Burkburnett; granddaughter, Elizabeth Coleman of Jacksboro; grandson, William Eugene Guinn, Jr. of Abilene; brother, Otis Dunagan of Corsicana; 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Curtis Dunagan and three sisters, Maudie King, Vera Baker, and Ura B. Hambrick.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
