Elaine Harrell

Elaine Harrell, 68, entered the gates of Heaven Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. Elaine was born December 21, 1954, to the late Bill and Jennie Rogers. She married the love of her life on January 11, 1975. Charles and Elaine were blessed with 48 and a half God-filled years of love and the blessing of working alongside each other.

Elaine was the epitome of a Proverbs 31 woman. Her servant heart was shown constantly to the community and everyone around her with compassion and love. Some of her spiritual gifts were expressed through the Agape Ministry, her hospitality, and the love she had for serving others.  However, her greatest enjoyment was being a godly wife, mother, and Nana to her 5 grandchildren to whom she loved unconditionally, guided spiritually, and prayed for daily.

Elaine is survived by husband, Charles, two daughters; Stacey Martin and husband, Rodney, and their two sons, Tyler and Case of Graham; Kelly Nevarez and husband, Levi, and their three children, Keagan, Mark, and Ellie of Poolville; brother, Larry Rogers and wife, Jamie, of Granbury; brother, David Rogers and wife, Joni, of Graham; brother, Tim Rogers and wife, Connie, of Graham; sister-in-law, Jeanetta Anderson and husband, Rodney, of Graham; brother-in-law, Jamye Rogers and wife, Debbie, of Graham; and many nieces and nephews.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Jennie Rogers; son, Mark Harrell; brother, Dwight Rogers; and sister-in-law, Patricia Rogers.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 2, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Oak Street Baptist Church. Graveside service to follow at Pioneer Cemetery.
