Ethel Letrice Butler

Ethel Letrice Butler, 85, died Sunday, October 11, 2009 in Graham. Graveside funeral will be held Monday, October 12, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis, Texas with Dorman Holub, minister of Eastside Church of Christ officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Letrice was born September 12, 1924 in Memphis, Texas to the late Johnie Rufus and Willie Ethel Lide Saunders. She married W.H. Butler March 3, 1943 in Memphis, Texas. He preceded her in death on December 14, 2008. Letrice moved to Graham in 1975 from Houston. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ and a Homemaker.

Survivors include; daughters, Susan Butler of Clarksville. TN., Sharon Moore and husband Steve of Graham, and Tammy Bertrand and husband Tom of Fort Worth; sister, Syvilla Lemons and husband Zeno of Memphis; five granddaughters, Cheryl Victoria Seals, Leah Moore Ellis, Jana Moore, Jamie Bertrand, and Paige Bertrand; three great grandchildren, Katherine, Robert, and Evelyn.
