Eunice Maurine Johnson, 92, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011 in Irving, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in Eastside Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Maurine was born March 17, 1918 in Carrizo Springs, Texas to the late John Marcelus and Loretta Florence (Burleson) English. She married Tillmon Washington Johnson, February 9, 1935 in Crystal City, Texas. He preceded her in death on April 25, 2000. She moved to Graham in 1994 from Mexia. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ and a homemaker.
Survivors include; four sons, Alfred and wife Minga of Alice, James and wife Linda of Mineral Wells, Gary and wife Sue of Galveston, and Johnny and wife Pam of Irving; sister, Frances Sweeney of Las Vegas, NV; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
