Gary Lee McClanahan
Gary Lee McClanahan, 62, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2012 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Gary was born November 24, 1949 in Graham to Leonard and Donna Bell (Smith) McClanahan. He graduated from Graham High School in 1968, attended University of North Texas, moved to Austin and was a salesman for A-Cent Technologies. He returned to Graham in 2008 and was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: mother, Donna Bell McClanahan of Graham; sisters, Sharon McClanahan of Graham and Connie Garland and husband, Ken of Denton; nieces, Meredith Garland and Kasey Wright and husband, Cole; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard McClanahan, sister, Caron McClanahan, and grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Lucian Smith and Mr. & Mrs. W.R. McClanahan.
Memorials may be made to Solaris Hospice in Graham.
