Gaston "GK" Kearby

Gaston “GK” Kearby, 59, passed away Monday, March 23, 2020 in Houston. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home. GK will be laid to rest in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

However, due to the current COVD-19 restrictions on public gatherings the Kearby family is limited to ten people at a time in the funeral home, so they ask for your understanding in these difficult times.

Gaston was born September 4, 1960 in Graham to the late Ione Gaston Bussey and Troy Kearby. He attended school in Graham and later moved to Houston where he was self-employed in the oil and gas industry.

Survivors include; Deborah Kinnison of Houston; daughters, Jennifer Kinnison and Peter of Houston, Samantha Kinnison and Thomas of Willis; sons, Michael Kinnison of Houston, Cameron Kearby and wife Victoria of Austin, Collin Kearby and Stark of New York City, Conner Kearby of New Braunfels; sisters, Beth Dodson and husband Chuck of Lipan, Cheryl Skelton and husband, Dion of Lewisville, and Trish Marshall and husband Scott of Oklahoma; brother, Jeff Bussey and wife Irene of Graham.
