Glyn B. Smith

Glyn B. Smith, 72, of Graham, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2012 in Graham. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Glyn was born on July 18, 1939 in Graham to the late Lawson and Mozelle Wells Smith of Newcastle, Texas. Glyn was a retired oilfield worker. He was a Baptist.

Glyn was preceded in death by brother, Kenneth Smith, two nephews, Phillip Olen Glidewell and Kenneth Alan Glidewell.

Survivros include: sisters, Lynda Glidewell of Perrin, Texas and Nancy Thomas of Graham; two nephews Paul Glidewell and wife, Sheri of Jacksboro and Brian Thomas of Graham; niece, Angela Glidewell of Houston; great nephew, Grayson Glidewell of Jacksboro; two special brother-in-laws, Emmett Glidewell and Roy Thomas.

Memorials may be made to the Spinal Cord Foundation or charity of your choice.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
