Grady R. Ware

Grady R. Ware, 81, died Wednesday, September 9, 2009 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the First United Methodist Church with Dr. Richard Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Grady was born on August 10, 1928 in Jermyn, Texas to the late Fred Hale and Ruby (Dunagan) Ware. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Administration in 1951. Grady married Frankie Jo Tipps on April 26, 1953 in Graham. She preceded him in death on January 25, 1997. He worked as an Accountant for Grayridge and Breck Operating. Grady was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Graham. He was a little league coach for 30 years.

Survivors include: sons, Tracy R. Ware of Graham and Tyler R. Ware and wife, Laura of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren, Reid, Alex, and Jon Ware.

Memorials may be made to charity of choice, the Arthritis Foundation, or First United Methodist Church.
