J.B. Fore

J.B. Fore, 91, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Eastside Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

J.B. was born October 11, 1922 in Graham to the late Jesse Bell and Willie Burford (Kizer) Fore. J.B. was a veteran of the Army Air Force serving in World War II. He married Joyce Howe Sutton June 28, 1959 in Breckenridge. She preceded him in death January 11, 2010. J.B. was a lifetime resident of Young County where he farmed and ranched most of his life. He was a former employee of Hexcel Corporation and a member of Eastside Church of Christ. He enjoyed sports and loved attending his children's and grandchildren's sports.

Survivors include: daughter, Donna Wampler of Bedford; sons, David Fore and wife, Rena of Graham and Jesse Fore and wife, Kammie of Graham; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to: GHS Life Skills 1, Graham Regional Hospital Auxiliary or Graham Regional Hospice.

Family visitation will be held Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
