Joe Francis Barker

Joe Francis Barker, age 85, passed away in Corinth, TX on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

Joe “GG” was born in Eliasville on August 19, 1938 to Charles Thomas “CT” Hill and Geraldine “Gerry” Grantham Hill. She worked as a receptionist for KSWA Radio Station. GG loved and devoted her life to her grandkids, Bubba and Chelsea. She was the best grandma in the world. GG was fun loving and would do anything for her grandkids. They were her life, she taught them about adventure and having fun.

Joe is survived by her son, Gary Stevens and wife Cynthia of Krum; grandchildren, Bubba and Chelsea; great grandchildren, Hadlee, Lilah, and Mallow.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be made in her honor to any Alzheimer’s Research Association.
