John "Johnny" Stephen Langford

John Stephen “Johnny” Langford, age 60, passed away in Wichita Falls on Friday, October 8, 2021. A graveside funeral will be held at Pioneer Cemetery on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 10:30 AM. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM at Oak Street Baptist Church.

Johnny was born on March 27, 1961 in Pampa, Texas to John Franklin Langford and Betty Darlin Bullard Langford. He married the love of his life, Debbie New on June 5, 1996 and together they had two children, Gracie and Riley. He had recently found his new favorite calling in life, that of grandpa to his sweet new granddaughter, Rynlee. Johnny was a Deacon at Oak Street Baptist Church and was very passionate about serving in the Children’s ministry, specifically LAFF Kids and AGAPE.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Debbie Langford of Graham; children, Gracie Rainey and husband Alex of Graham, and Riley Langford of Graham; granddaughter, Rynlee Rainey; mother, Betty Langford of Graham; sisters, Tonya Fellows and husband Tony of Graham, Amber Blue and husband Terry of Graham, and Hayley Langford of Graham; mother-in-law, Cathy New; brothers-in-law, Eddie New, and Jim Bob New and wife Amber; sisters-in-law, Ginger Clayton and husband Travis, Misty Youngblood and husband Paul, Wil Barrett and husband Shane; along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Langford, niece, Libby Fellows, and father-in-law, Jimmy New.

A visitation will be held at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel on Monday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Memorials may be made in Johnny’s memory to Oak Street LAFF Kids.
