Thelma Joyce Williams, 93, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2014 in Lebanon, Missouri. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 21, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Salem-Crestview United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Newcastle Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Joyce was born July 21, 1921 in Newcastle to the late James and Florence (Bullock) Wray. She married Benoit Pope Williams December 30, 1939 in Newcastle and he preceded her in death November 12, 2000. Joyce was the pianist at Salem-Crestview United Methodist Church and moved to Missouri in 2012.
Survivors include: daughters, Zell Bradley and husband, John of Lebanon, Missouri and Benita Scott of Oswego, Illinois; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Dooley and brother, Jimmy Wray.
Family visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Salem-Crestview United Methodist Church.
