Juanita D. Riggins

Juanita D. Riggins, 85, died Thursday, March 12, 2009 in Graham. A graveside funeral will be held Friday, March 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Elbert Cemetery in Elbert, Texas with Reverend J.B. McCracken officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Juanita was born May 20, 1923 in Elbert, Texas to the late Arch and Beulah Timmons Curtis. She married B.J. Riggins, January 17, 1941 in Throckmorton, Texas. Juanita moved to Graham in 1967. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and a sales associate at PW's dress shop for several years.

Survivors include; husband, B.J. Riggins of Graham; sons, Hollis Riggins of Graham, Jim Riggins of Hillsboro, and Dennis Riggins of Round Rock; seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren also survive.

Juanita was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
