Julia Iris Rodgers

Julia Iris Rodgers, 87, of Graham, Texas passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014 in Graham. A funeral service is scheduled for Monday, July 14, 2014 at 2:00pm at the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Mountain Home Cemetery in Senate. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison funeral Home.
Iris was born October 4, 1926 in Jacksboro, Texas to the late Claud and Ida May (Epperson) Evans. She married Richard Dewey Rodgers on January 16, 1948 in Senate. He preceded her in death on October 20, 2006. She was a member of the Elbert Baptist Church and a housewife.
Survivors include: sons; James Rodgers and wife Sue , Larry Rodgers and wife Vickie, and Bobby Rodgers all of Graham; six grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sisters; Annie Maude Mathis, Bessie Sisk, and Lila Evans and a brother, Dee Evans.
