Karen Steward Norman, 73, passed away Friday March 27, 2020 in Fort Worth. A Visitation will be Monday, March 30, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home. Karen will be laid to rest in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings the Norman family is limited to 10 or fewer people at each ceremony, so they ask for your understanding in these difficult times.
Karen was born June 12, 1946 in Houston to the late Alice Katherine (Kirven) Steward and Wendell Belding Steward. She graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Psychology. She married David Norman April 3, 1971 in Graham. Karen was an administrative assistant and medical records clerk. She moved to Graham in 1999 from Houston. She was a former Girl Scout Leader and a lifetime member of Graham Regional Medical Center Auxiliary.
Survivors include; husband, David Norman of Graham; daughter, Cynthia Pelletier and husband Adam of Goffstown, NH.; granddaughter, Samantha Pelletier; sister-in-laws, Robbie Steward of Oklahoma City and Diane Steward of Cincinnati, OH; brother-in-law, Bill Norman and wife Carolyn of Graham; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Karen was preceded in death by sister, Cynthia Ringe and husband Tom; brothers, David Steward and Wendell Steward.
