Lew Carnley, 73, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 in Fort Worth. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Lew was born April 28, 1941 in Newcastle to the late Leon and Mary Edith (Day) Carnley. He married Barbara Ann Wooldridge June 3, 1961 in Graham. Lew retired from the Texas Department of Transportation and was owner/operator of Center Ridge Limousin Ranch. He was a master plumber, rancher, and constable of Precinct 1 for 8 years. Lew was a charter member of the North American Limousin Association. He was a baptist. Lew's big, kind heart touched many lives over the years. He was one of a kind that could do almost everything and would definitely do anything in the world for you. Lew will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

Survivors include: wife, Barbara Carnley of Graham; son, Chad Carnley of Graham; grandson, Joshua Carnley; sister, Carol Ann King of Graham; brother, Billy Dan Carnley of Graham; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Garl Carnley and Glen Dale "Bud" Carnley and sister, Leona Bruce.
