Lillie Ruth Walker

Lillie Ruth Walker, 75, went to be with her Lord, Wednesday, August 21, 2013 in Graham. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Eastside Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Ruth was born April 4, 1938 in Tolar to the late Thaddus Theodore and Louella (Maupin) Campbell. She married B.E. "Bill" Walker September 18, 1955 in Graham. He preceded her in death September 12, 2000. Ruth was retired from Hexcel after 35 years as Human Resources Manager. She was a member of Graham Art Guild, Hospital Auxiliary, Past President of Professional Women's Club, and Eastside Church of Christ.

Survivors include; son, Mike Walker and wife, Paula of Graham; granddaughter, Misty Ward and husband, Kirk of Weatherford; great grandchildren, Bryce and Avery Ward; also surviving are several nieces and nephews, including Pam Stroud and family and Kyle Milam and family.

Ruth was preceded in death by a sister Jerrye Milam in 2013.

The Family will be at Morrison Funeral Home Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. to greet friends.
