Linda Kay Haberthur, 58, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024 in Fort Worth. Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Edge Park United Methodist Church in Fort Worth.
Linda was born May 30, 1965 in Vernon to the late William Francis and Mary Jo (Graves) Wilkins. She married Waldron Baron Haberthur May 13, 2000 in Fort Worth. Linda was a self advocate for adults and children with special needs. She was a member of Lone Star Santa’s with her husband Santa Baron.
Survivors include: husband, Baron Haberthur of Fort Worth; sister, Mary Francis Hansel of Missoula, Montana; brothers, William Walter Wilkins of Missoula, Montana, Russell Scott McNiece of Houston, Kenneth Wayne Selder of Gainesville, and Barry Don Selder of Forestburg; brother in law, Jim Haberthur and wife, Debbie of Lake Wells, Florida; sister in law, Debbie Mcfarlane of Phoenix, Arizona; aunts, Beverly and Sharon of Arkansas; uncle, Jerry Haberthur and wife, Patsy of Graham; special moms, Willie Anderson of Fort Worth, Debbie Selby and family of Lake Worth, Lucille Fletcher of Fort Worth and Charlotte Sirmon of Ranger; godparents, Gary and Pat Mathews of Benbrook; goddaughter, Tiffany Holmes; godsisters, Christi McKelvey and husband, David of Fort Worth and Stormie Carroll of North Richland Hills; godbrother, Colby Carroll and wife, Tammy of Granbury; friends, Erin Hall, Kathy Doty, Cindy Baren, Robert Baker and wife, LeAnn, Cindy Lou Abbott, and Raven Lynch; coworkers, Mark Johnson, Misty Shores, Rick Miller, Kendra, Christina, and Scott.
