Lisa Watkins

Lisa Jan Dooley Watkins, 53, passed from this life on Friday, September 26, 2014 in Graham. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Oak Street Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Lisa was born in Farmington, New Mexico to Bobby Clarence and Geneva Yvonne (Dobbs) Dooley on December 23, 1960. She married Loyall Alan Watkins on March 19, 1976 in Graham.

Lisa's life truly began when she came to know the Lord. She became the person we knew and loved because of her relationship with Jesus Christ and his influence in her life through her loving family at Oak Street Baptist Church. Because of this Lisa was a loving wife, a nurturing mother, nana, and a faithful friend. She was also a faithful employee who was dedicated to her work and devoted to her coworkers. There is not enough space to describe or recount the impact Lisa Watkins has had on us all. We will miss her and look forward to seeing her again.

Survivors include: husband, Loyall Watkins of Graham; son, Jeremy Watkins and wife, Sara of Wichita Falls; daughter, Kaci Watkins of Graham; mother, Geneva Dooley of Graham; sisters Joanie Martin of Possum Kingdom and Kay Chiappino of Graham; brothers, Wayne Dooley and Bobby Dooley both of Graham; seven grandchildren, Liberty, Isaac, Kenadi, Clara, Tessa, Asher, and Andy.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bob Dooley on April 10, 2013.
