Louise Riggins Youngblood, 90, passed away Monday, January 30, 2012 in Graham. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Dick Stovall officiating. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Louise was born October 15, 1921 in Young County to the late William B. and Minnie Swansons (Alford) Pounds. She married M. J. Riggins, July 27, 1940 in Newcastle. He preceded her in death November 28, 1984. Louise was a lifetime resident of Young County and a former employee of Graham Magnetics. She married John D. Youngblood, June 28, 1986 in Graham. He preceded her in death on April 17, 2009. Louise was a member of Church of Christ.
Survivors include; daughter, Marylin McComack of Pennsylvania; sons, Bobby Riggins of Graham and Freddy Riggins and wife Patti of Graham; 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 15 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
