Lucille Dechiro Fleming

Lucille Dechiro Fleming, 90, passed away on Friday, November 11, 2011 in Graham. A Rosary will be held, Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held, Monday November 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Raymund Mullan officiating. Burial will follow in Center Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Lucille was born on March 26, 1921 in Bryan to the late John and Josephine (Mossino) Dechiro. She married James Arthur Fleming on July 16, 1942 in Houston. He preceded her in death on December 29, 1999. Lucille moved to Graham in 1996 from California. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Survivors include: son, James Authur Fleming, Jr. of Houston; daughter, Betty Jo Staples and husband, Brock of Graham; sister, Anna Mae Womack of Whittier, California; 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Rosa Lee Moore and Lena Contella and a brother, Charles Dechiro.
