Lucille Goree

Lucille Goree, 67, passed away peacefully at her home in Graham Sunday, August 4, 2024. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2024 in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Lucille was born August 7, 1956 in Breckenridge to the late Genora Eva (Harrison) Furr and Bobby Joe Furr. She married Kent Goree August 22, 1970 in Graham. Lucille was a benefits director at MHMR in Graham and a member of Country Road Fellowship.

Survivors include; husband, Kent Goree of Graham; sons, Davy Goree and Neil Goree both of Graham; sisters, Kay Hall of Baton Rouge, LA., Bonnie Blevins of Graham, Sonya Furr of Newcastle; brother Bobby Joe Furr of Texarkana; two grandchildren, Cash Riley and Caleb Goree; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Family Visitation will be Tuesday August 6, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
